We are how we treat each other...

Everything we do is part of an unconscious quest to continually build and maintain our identity or value in the eyes of the people we consider to be our fellow tribespeople.

The last economy, and modern media, have perpetuate all sorts of superstitions about how this is done, but there is only one way to actually do it.

Increase the identity of others.

Every interaction, every transaction that you have needs to be designed such that your increase the identity of others.

It’s simple, people that increase the identity of others are sought out, people who don’t are not.

The key to ‘success’ has always been to ‘be in demand’, to be sought after, to have a waiting list or a long line outside – literally or figuratively.

Our education system teaches us that we must first learn the three r’s, but identity is all that really matters.
